Gary Rardon:

Gary Rardon is President of Gary Rardon & Associates and has 38 years of experience working in the financial services industry. Gary also offers consulting strategies to more than 30 public school districts and municipalities in California, focusing on employee benefits and retirement planning. Gary maintains Security Registration Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses and is a registered Investment Advisor Representative (IAR).

Gary actively participates in his community, serving as a board member for the Antelope Valley Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, where he previously served as President. Currently, Gary serves as member of the Kiwanis Club of Palmdale West.

Patty Rardon:

Patty Rardon is Chief Financial Officer of Gary Rardon & Associates. She joined the firm in 2004 after a long career in public education. She continues her involvement with the California education system, serving as Founding Member and Secretary of the Antelope Valley Education Foundation.

Patty is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Palmdale West where she has previously served as President. She is the upcoming Kiwanis Lt. Governor of the California/Nevada/Hawaii Division 38.

Patty received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of California Irvine and her Masters degree in psychology from Chapman University.

Joshua David Beadel:

Joshua David Beadel is a Marketer with Gary Rardon & Associates. Joining the firm in 2011, Josh brings extensive client relationship experience to the team from 13 years in the restaurant industry. In his current position, he focuses on delivering health and life coverage tailored to the specific, unique needs of businesses and individuals. Josh holds a California Life and Health Insurance license as well as Business and Individual Proper Health and Life licenses.

Josh graduated from California State University, Long Beach after studying music with an emphasis in percussive arts. He is currently a member of the Kiwanis Young Professional’s Organization and actively participates in the community of Palmdale, California.

Pepe Eads:

Pepe Eads, the Manager Assistant for Gary Rardon & Associates, brings more than 35 years of experience as an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant in the retail and construction fields.

Pepe is an active participant in the community as an Ambassador with the Palmdale Chamber of Commerce and the Antelope Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. In addition, she contributes to several community-wide organizations and events.
